1. Agreement to Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Payments

Available payment methods may vary based on your location and account status. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources legitimately owned by and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 4.4 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. However, certain payment methods may require additional processing time. gxgwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or other financial institutions.

4.5 Fees

gxgwin reserves the right to withhold funds if termination results from violation of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Bonus funds and unreleased winnings from bonuses will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gxgwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Platform

In no event shall gxgwin's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited by you in your account during the six (6) month period preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding our Services, you must first contact gxgwin customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against gxgwin. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

14. Modifications to Terms

gxgwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when changes were last made.

15. General Provisions

gxgwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
